CASEC's
EXPERIENCES
Formation
and Strengthening of NGOs and CBOs CASEC facilitates the
formation, strengthening and establishment of local Community Based
Organisations (CBOs) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
During the past four years, more than 30 organisations have benefited
from this service.
Some
of the organisations that have benefited are: AAIDRO (Arusha), CARITAS
(Tanzania), SEMA (Singida), PEVODE (Dar es Salaam), UMABU (Musoma),
KISIOYO, KAMAMMA (Arusha), and MMADEA (Iringa), TAHEA (Tabora),
KULEANA (Mwanza), YADEC (Shinyanga), WEGCC (Arusha) and CBHCC (Arusha)
etc.
Consultancy:
Evaluation and Assessment
CASEC
makes use of its rich experience by providing various consultancies
to organisations and institutions. The following organizations have
benefited from CASEC's services - Water Aid- ADD, (Evaluation
of Organizations of Disabled people in Tanzania), Help Age
Integrated Development Project in Kagera, FARM AFRICA - (Preparations
of Salary Scales, Personnel Policy and Procedures), Ministry
of Water, and UNICEF- (Study on the Capacity of District
Council in Handling Water Projects During Privatization of Social
